A.) Daily routine fulfillment of work specifications is accomplished by a direct relationship between the supervising manager and the nightly cleaner. The nightly cleaner is trained in our methods of performance. The manager has a direct relationship with the facilities manager of the building, gathering any details needed to fulfill all the specifications.

B.) Once an understanding of the building is established, time intervals are determined when certain specifications need to be performed and are programmed into our computerized data files and are accessed accordingly.

C.) The supervising manager of the account puts the manpower in place (by-passing the regular cleaner) to accomplish all the specifications other than the nightly duties. This in-depth planning eliminates the possibility of any flaws in the scheduling and execution of all the detailed work specifications.

D.) In-depth managment is the key to establishing a long term business relationship with our valued clients. All specialty work is automatically scheduled by computer and implemented by the operations manager to ensure quality control.

E.) Quality control reports will be provided to the appropriate department heads by our on-site supervIsor.
